I want to start this off by saying I never leave reviews but this was the WORST experience! I would NOT recommend O'Daniel Honda! I am very disappointed in the service I received at O'Daniel Honda. I was lied to and treated poorly! So here is what happened, I bought my car used from O'Daniel Honda and was told all about the lifetime power terrain warranty and how great it is and never had to use it/ take my car in for anything til now (and it's a joke and doesn't cover what they say it does on website). I will never do business with O’Daniel Honda again. I bought a brand new CRV in 2019. The sales woman sure was nicey nice until I had questions after my purchase. She doesn’t respond to emails. (But I certainly get hers, begging me to come buy more) - The service department, no matter who I talk to there- seems like I’m bothering them by calling and asking simple questions.
