RecommendedMy husband and I just purchased our CR-V last night but I was highly satisfied with their customer service. We never felt pressured and they really helped accommodate our needs when negotiating a comfortable interest rate and overall price for vehicle. We didn't finish up our paper work until after closing hours and didn't feel like they were trying to rush us out of there which we appreciated. I would highly suggest O'Daniel Honda of Omaha to our friends and family!

I want to start this off by saying I never leave reviews but this was the WORST experience! I would NOT recommend O'Daniel Honda! I am very disappointed in the service I received at O'Daniel Honda. I was lied to and treated poorly! So here is what happened, I bought my car used from O'Daniel Honda and was told all about the lifetime power terrain warranty and how great it is and never had to use it/ take my car in for anything til now (and it's a joke and doesn't cover what they say it does on website).
