Everyone introduced themselves and were very polite during the whole process, everything was explained thoroughly and the house was cleaned up very well after the work was complete. OSWP has been very efficient with their work and communication. ****** has been communicating with me and my partner explaining how everything works and what to do if there was an issue. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished as if they werent there. I would 100% recommend OSWP and ****** and his team. I am confident in the results of this project!!!
**** and his crew did an excellent. All were polite, courtrous, and professional. Real pleased with the clean up after they were done. Made it a point on several occasions to ensure we had no questions as well explain the process and waterproof process.
It was a pleasure working with Ohio State Waterproofing. The office staff is very polite and helpful. **** was very knowledgeable and thorough on what was going to be repaired. He even came out a 2nd time to answer some concerns we had. ******** and his crew did the job in a timely manner. The work done was to satisfactory. ******** took time in explaining concerns and answered our question. He was very knowledgeable and he and his crew were polite and respectful.
