Such a stressful and expensive experience. I thought I'd do the convenient drive through oil change on my lunch break- winded up being me sitting in my car having to open the door about 12 times (not exaggerating) for them to try to upsell me on every little thing- type of oil, windshield wipers, oil filter, rear differential fluid, etc. etc. The staff is very polite and nice about it- I think they are most likely told to ask all these questions but it was very unnecessary and made for a stressful experience.
