I was stuck behind a car that was getting serviced for an hour before I got any service done. I don't usually get concerned with waiting, but since it was over an hour and I was still waiting behind the same car while mine hasn't even been checked yet. I spoke to someone once they started working with my car and he was a nice guy. He reassured me he will get the job done in under 10 mins and it will be efficient. I needed to get my oil changed but I know most other places would need an appointment to get it done. Here though, just pull in the back and one of the techs will greet you and all the rest is easy peasy. They offer drinks at mutiple points during the service. It took around 30 minutes give or take to get it done but I didn't have to get out of my car which is always nice. Will be coming back once I need another change. The free car wash coupon helps too!

These guys are fantastic! very quick service, everyone was very polite and very informative, I could tell exactly what they were doing with my car and they were very professional about it. Luke was especially friendly and courteous, made me feel confident in their work. I will definitely be back!

Love Oil Stop!! Always great customer service. They show you every part that they are reviewing even the bolt and washer of my oil pan. Very thorough. They take no as an answer without pressuring you to buy. They always answer all my questions honestly and if they don't know they ask another person. This facility offers free soda and juice! Plus they give you a coupon for a free car wash next door at Fairway Car wash! The shop appears clean and organize. Will definitely recommend this place to others!

Terrible Experience. Driving in, I was offered an oil change for $109.00. The Staff is hardworking and neat, shouting updates to each other, coming to my window to offer services, etc. I declined extra services. I was offered fresh air filters for $27.00. There are two. I asked if it was $27 for both, and was assured it was for both, so I took the offer. What a surprise when I was given a bill for $218!! My first time going to Oil Stop today, not sure why the place is getting bad reviews. They checked everything, they were quick and efficient and communicated well. As I was sitting in my car I was reminded of the old movie reel commercials of the early service stations, where a car would pull up and a group of uniformed attendants would come out and "service" your vehicle, today we call these places gas stations and you do everything yourself. Very very friendly ,no appointment needed but super fast!!! I get to stay in my car during service i really liked!! I find my oil changed spot finally!!!
I don't know how this place isn't 5 stars. Whoever the manager was that worked on my Infiniti with another cool guy-thank you! I was on a conference call and he would politely ask questions-took their time and hooked me up. I'll be back in 5k miles for sure, this is fantastic customer service and they do a great job!
