These guys were working in the cold rain and so welcoming and helpful. The manager Corey could of up sold me into a oil change and other stuff knowing I didn't know much about cars. He was super helpful and explained what the light on my car was for and was able to tip off my oil free of change, and done within minutes. Highly recommend this place!

This is a new business and they are terrible. Don't tell me that the oil service is $59.00 and then inform me that it only covers 5 quarts - my car takes 6 - and then you tell me i have to pay extra for the filter? You are guaranteed to have to pay an extra $20 bucks beyond the quoted price to get out of here. It is absurd. I had to use a $25 coupon in order to be able to pay what i was actually quoted. GOUGING. That is all it is. The people are nice, but they spend the whole time just trying to upsell you and it is annoying... read more

Please note that most, if not all, quick lube oil change businesses offer 5 qts of oil, as well as an oil filter (if a special oil filter is involved, most will charge you the difference between the cost and the dollars allocated for a filter in their oil change package). They did an amazing job! Literally went above and beyond and helped me with something they don't usually help with. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. It seems like they enjoy their jobs and really care about their customers. That's what I felt. Thank you to Justin and the rest of the team for your help!!
TERRIBLE company to have your oil change service Work done. They want too upsell you on every serve and waist your time. The so called service personnel lack experience In my opinion. I drove home and my vehicle sounded odd so I looked under the hood to see that they did not reinstall the the air filter properly after the upsell. I went to the Fairway location Tuesday morning November 15. When I checked in I was told the price for my oil and oil filter. After waiting at the drive-through for close to an hour I was told they don't have the oil for my car. I asked why wasn't I told when I first checked in and the person responded sorry. I understand they are busy and don't have the oil but it was a waste of my time to sit there for nothing. Very bad customer service!! Such a stressful and expensive experience. I thought I'd do the convenient drive through oil change on my lunch break- winded up being me sitting in my car having to open the door about 12 times (not exaggerating) for them to try to upsell me on every little thing- type of oil, windshield wipers, oil filter, rear differential fluid, etc. etc. The staff is very polite and nice about it- I think they are most likely told to ask all these questions but it was very unnecessary and made for a stressful experience.
