I went to the Fairway location Tuesday morning November 15. When I checked in I was told the price for my oil and oil filter. After waiting at the drive-through for close to an hour I was told they don't have the oil for my car. I asked why wasn't I told when I first checked in and the person responded sorry. I understand they are busy and don't have the oil but it was a waste of my time to sit there for nothing. Very bad customer service!! Such a stressful and expensive experience. I thought I'd do the convenient drive through oil change on my lunch break- winded up being me sitting in my car having to open the door about 12 times (not exaggerating) for them to try to upsell me on every little thing- type of oil, windshield wipers, oil filter, rear differential fluid, etc. etc. The staff is very polite and nice about it- I think they are most likely told to ask all these questions but it was very unnecessary and made for a stressful experience.
