As someone who is known for letting her oil change go overdue, this place is a game changer. Everyone is nice, I can look like a goblin in my pajamas without ever having to get out of the car, and they are so polite. I will be back.. before I go overdue again.

My husband went to get my oil changed, and the attendants tried to sell him on about 20 different unnecessary things. My car is in great condition, and we didn't appreciate the workers trying to gouge us on repairs/items when we knew they weren't necessary and in good condition. Somehow the cost came out to $110 for what should have been a $50 stop. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Quick recommendation of Oilstop in Roseville, on Fairway by Costco. New owner, very impressed! You get to stay in your car so you hear and see everything (no talking behind your back, scheming), felt very respectful and safe. Kind of felt like a NASCAAR pit stop lol.Extremely clean and organized, they offer you coffee/water delivered to your car door. It was really a unique experience. I received a $25 off coupon in the mail which they honored. In at 4:51pm, out at 5:15!

These guys were working in the cold rain and so welcoming and helpful. The manager Corey could of up sold me into a oil change and other stuff knowing I didn't know much about cars. He was super helpful and explained what the light on my car was for and was able to tip off my oil free of change, and done within minutes. Highly recommend this place!

This is a new business and they are terrible. Don't tell me that the oil service is $59.00 and then inform me that it only covers 5 quarts - my car takes 6 - and then you tell me i have to pay extra for the filter? You are guaranteed to have to pay an extra $20 bucks beyond the quoted price to get out of here. It is absurd. I had to use a $25 coupon in order to be able to pay what i was actually quoted. Please note that most, if not all, quick lube oil change businesses offer 5 qts of oil, as well as an oil filter (if a special oil filter is involved, most will charge you the difference between the cost and the dollars allocated for a filter in their oil change package). They did an amazing job! Literally went above and beyond and helped me with something they don't usually help with. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. It seems like they enjoy their jobs and really care about their customers. That's what I felt. Thank you to Justin and the rest of the team for your help!!
