I wouldn't go anywhere else. They don't try to over sell or push me to do anything I don't actually need. Love this place . Highly recommend!

Great customer service - shout out to Alex, Presley and Ryan for really going above and beyond. We had come in for an oil change and noticed some leaking, they took care of it for us, reassured us on what they did differently this time, and were personable and friendly through the whole process.

What in the world! Truly amazing service-- i would have NEVER expected this level of attentiveness and service from an oil place. I arrived this Saturday -- i had a gentleman by the name of German Walk up to my vehicle within 3 seconds TOPS. He was very professional, explained everything very thoroughly, offered me a complimentary beverage and told me to hang tight and it was going to be approximately 15 min until I receive service. Just had my truck serviced there, everyone there was polite and friendly with smiles on there faces when they talked with me, I wasn't pressured to by the "extras" like other places do. I will be going back there for all future oil changes

Carl was great for an 8:20am service. Very professional. Two other cars were already being serviced and I happened to take the third stall. Oil Stop are always so prompt in service: greasing car hinge doors, adding air to tires, toping off car fluids and the awesome great touch of complimentary beverages. Quick and easy process. I got a Groupon and went on a Friday morning so there was no wait. Josh was great and explained everything they were doing. They offered me a soda/water. Greased my door hinges. Offered to clean my windshield but I decline due to it raining. They have free wifi so I was able to get some work done while they were doing the oil change. Overall a great experience.
