Today was my first time trying Oilstop, I must say that overall, I was very impressed. The staff was very professional in dealing with the customers in the way that they talked to them, and how they explained everything they were doing. I was pleased with the level of professionalism in the way they communicated every service they were doing, and what they recommended. Man I've been coming here for a long time and always knew they were good- but today they went above and beyond: Right after my Oil change I heard a word noise and thought the only people under my car was OilStop. They gladly accepted me back and double checked all My work and then re-tightened everything that wasn't even apart of what they do, but just to show kindness - they went through the engine cavity and listened for what the rattling sound could be-- The sound is now gone. I (ok my car) was in desperate need of an oil change (had driven 7k miles since last one and a long drive was on the horizon). I had called and made an appt with Big O' but when I arrived the service rep was rude and claimed that I must have not made the appt as they do not schedule oil changes at that hour. I was furious that their employee (who made the appt) apparently was just wasting my time for kicks. I left Big O frustrated and upset. I came in about a week ago. Then I came in again a day ago. My car was really dirty and had soda stains on the sides. No one cleaned off the soda stains and they were just left when the car wash was done, lovely. When I went a day ago, still, soda stains not cleaned. All the employees, didn't catch any names, but in particular all the females who work there, are always, constantly, on their phones. Disappointing.

Great customer service every time. They don't try to upsell you and give you something to drink. I moved away but still come back here whenever I need an oil change.
The staff was incredibly nice. Like as if they actually wanted to be there and appreciate their customers. That's so rare these days! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely the most dishonest staff i've ever heard of, My girlfriend went to get a basic oil change and the guy ended up charging her for some ridiculous 32 point whatever just because someone isn't as knowledgeable about cars doesn't mean it's okay to prey on them to get more money from them, absolutely despicable I don't recommend anyone to ever come here

Teen girl went to Oil Stop for an oil change, and they scammed her. I've never heard of a $100 oil change! Be aware.
