Never wrote a review but I absolutely had to with this place. Holy smokes. The level of customer service is insane. These guys are a unit and it shows. They check all fluids and filters for free and without working on commission, recommend the best available options for your vehicle. They really went above and beyond today! Exceptional service. Great job fellas.
Was driving cross country and after 5k miles stopped in and had the car serviced. Adam and his crew were professional and left me feeling secure with the service. Plus with an coupon the cost was fair.
On the morning of Friday the 25th of March 2022 I started my Ford Explorer at 5:30 a.m.. A warning light came on and I noticed the oil pressure at zero. I immediately parked the truck. I had an important meeting in San Francisco at 7:30 so I made arrangements to drive another car. I was late for my meeting and lost the opportunity for income. I've been using Oilstop Carwash for years. It has slowly deteriorated to a point where I'm not going back. It's unfathomable to me that something so simple as wiping a car down seems to be a major chore. They appear to have absolutely no training. Anyone giving this carwash a good review, has no knowledge of car washing.

They left a transmission bolt loose which resulted in our family getting stranded in the middle of nowhere on vacation. We spent tons of money on towing and hotels and were lucky it didn't totally ruin our transmission. My nephew had a similar experience at this place too! DON'T GO HERE!
Great service and quick! Staff goes out of their way to ensure you know what is happening during the oil service and if any other recommendations are needed. You have the choice to say "yes" or "no". No high pressure selling.
I have been going here for like 4 years. Today I had a very unsafe experience. The attendant ignore me while she helped someone else. There were cars backing up behind me. Then someone came and tried to force me through. I told them no, I had a membership. He didn't bother to follow up. Then the attendant came to try to help me, as more cars piled up. I was greeted by a short tempered man named Stuart. I was in the middle of saying "Hi! I have the coupon for" when he quickly interrupted me saying, "before we get to that I want to tell you it's going to be a 45 minute wait".
