Incredibly slow and no communication as to why the other lanes keep moving and ours has been at a standstill for 45 minutes. Still not moving and if I could get out I'd leave. Not coming back.

I've been changing my car oil for around 7 years at this location, I've always loved the professional service of the crew. Today was also a special day coming in, Cory the manager reminded me and thanked me for the time I've been with them. Excellence in customer service is one notch above professionalism. They have both. Highly recommended.
We drove to Ashland from Eugene to tour SOU and on the way our check oil light came on. We stopped at Oilstop Drive Thru and they discovered we had a leak and were low on oil. They took care of us quickly and were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them!

I have been coming here for a little over 2 yrs and I am never dissatisfied with such great service. They have very focused hardworking staff in this location. I truly appreciate the information that they provide when recommending additional service without pressure. I love the operating model of drive through oil change. I think all oil change locations should have this.
