They do good work but It has taken about an hour each time I go here. Not the place for a quick oil change.

We are still battling the pandemic and have many staff members either down with Covid or in isolation due to exposure, and this is occurring in every region where we have Oilstop locations. Of course, one of the major downsides of this situation is a longer wait, and we are sorry you were subjected to this. We can only hope you’ll give us another chance when your vehicle is due for service again.
Terrific speedy service from a team that have excellent morale. They call to each other like sailors as they conduct their work. Free beverage of your choice while you wait. They check in with you constantly. Really happy with their work.
Went a few weeks ago . Had to wait in the car for 20 minutes before they started working. Then the upsell pitch on all the oil and gas additives from 2 different workers was too much . But the worst was the increase in price. 90 bucks out the door for a basic oil change with a discount coupon . For a tiny Toyota? Thats crazy.
They were super nice here! Complimentary drink and car wash, definitely recommend for a quick oil change!
Very friendly and efficient service! Although for someone who may not be well versed in car lingo and operations, it may be a bit daunting when they make recommendations because they seem to be talking at a fast pace in order to get people in and out in a timely fashion. I want to take a moment to say how polite, helpful and cheerful (in the 100+ degree heat no less) the entire staff was here today. I noticed how efficient and well everyone worked together. And they were very patient with me (waiting 5 minutes for me to pay because I was stuck on a work call.) No one tried to up-sell me or over-explain things;) I never thought if possible a review about an oil change place, but they deserve your business (and much faster than jiffy lube.) What a great crew--thanks guys!

I've been coming here for almost 25 years the time was wasted getting beverages And not tending to my needs to get in and get out I remember when this used to be a 30 minute oil change. Everyone was so laser Focused on nonsense and not even tending to the customer needs.
