Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I was in and out in 30 min or less. They don't pressure or up sell your service which I appreciated. They did recommend certain services but did not pressure me to buy anything additional. Highly recommend!
This is the Chick-fil-a of oil change places. As in the staff are not only polite and respectful to their customers but even to each other. Always impressed with how this team runs. Like a well oiled machine. Pun intended. Obviously.
I've come to this place twice, the first time when they stated they didn't have the filter for my crossover, the management told staff to tell me "we currently do not have your filter in stock, but what you can do is go to Autozone, buy the filter, and we will take off the filter charge and give a discount to you." It's a great place to get your car washed. It's a wee bit expensive for a expensive for a regular car wash! It was $34.50 and I had to bring it back as the windshield was not cleaned well and when the water sport hit the sun. I could hardly see. It was close to closing time, but I don't think I'll be back.
Update to my previous review: Emailed my information 2/15/22 for a follow up to my complaint. On 2/21/22 i sent another email. No response still on 03/05/22?
I sent my employee to get an oil change done. They charged more than $110 for the "oil change only". Every other place is about $ 50 ~ $70 with synthetic oil. They clearly overcharged. I should have not sent my employee here.
I have come by this location twice now and both times the repair person is not wearing a mask. Do they not care about people's safety here? I'm done coming here for oil changes.
Good and fast service. From cleaning my wind shield to checking my tire pressure, offering drinks and giving me lots of options related to my car oil change. Thank you Eric and his team.
I have been using Oilstop Carwash for many years and been very satisfied. This time I paid $39 (including 20% tip) for an exterior and interior wash. The guys did not open the back hatch to vacuum nor did they wash the interior rear window. To make things worse there was a loud noise when my car was going through the wash, I jumped up to look and my car was coming out.
