Good and fast service. From cleaning my wind shield to checking my tire pressure, offering drinks and giving me lots of options related to my car oil change. Thank you Eric and his team.
I have been using Oilstop Carwash for many years and been very satisfied. This time I paid $39 (including 20% tip) for an exterior and interior wash. The guys did not open the back hatch to vacuum nor did they wash the interior rear window. To make things worse there was a loud noise when my car was going through the wash, I jumped up to look and my car was coming out. Been coming to this location for years, the best service every time! they never try to sell you on anything you don't need done, everyone is friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. This last trip, I pulled up with 6 cars in front of me and I was out of there in under 90 mins. The team I had was Teanna, Janice, and Peter and they all great and friendly. Highly recommend getting your oil changes done here if you value the longevity of your vehicle and good service.

Just had an oil change here a few months ago , but of late started noticing oil in the driveway. So I came in to see what the problem was , and as I was on my way there , oil light pops on (crap) I tell Danny (manager) my problem , so his crew checks it out and finds the filter is damaged (oil leak) and replaces it for free. Great customer service and quick turn around as their name says it all. I compared them with another oil change place I attempted to go yesterday.. waited 40 minutes and I only saw one vehicle leave the oil changing area so after waiting 40 minutes, I decided to leave as I don't have hours to spend there. However, this place moves swiftly and their customer service reps greets you and offers beverage. After a terrible experience elsewhere, I found this spot on yelp. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, before they did it. They offer all these extras, but also start off with, "don't feel obligated to say yes." I'm extremely happy with the service they performed on my car and will definitely come back next time I need my oil changed.
I've had mixed experience at the Sherwood Oil Stop. The first couple of times were great. The staff was efficient and very polite. However, yesterday, they barely did the basics, oil change ( I think, they never showed me), tire pressure, oiled hinges, and topped off windshield washer fluid. They never showed me the oil quality before/after like they usually do, and when I asked "how was the old" they said, "it was dirty".
