I brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a wash and interior cleaning today, bought the top-level package and it was a mess. The exterior had water marks and the passenger side windows were not wiped off, random sticky patches on the exterior were never cleaned off, and the windshield was grimy all around the perimeter. The interior was terrible, they evidently didn't even notice that it had a back seat until I asked them to go back and clean it. A total waste of time and money. I am terribly disappointed.

They not only take care of your whip, they take care of you. They some grindin' ass mofo's lol. Cheap too
They over due it on tryna sell you some else you can't strictly go for what you want lol no offense , it's kinda annoying maybe offer couple of things but they can't take "no it's fine thank you " oil changes never took me 45 minutes to do (starting time from when I drove up to the panel and left)
Wow, I don't understand why I was wasting my time (usually 3-4 hours) at a dealer when I could've just been driving 2 mins from home to get such friendly customer service and not to mention fast and efficient service! Thank you to Andrew (assistant manager) and his team today for a wonderful experience! I was also offered a beverage while I waited and also received a free car wash. Looking forward to these easy hassle free oil changes from now on, no more wasting my time at a dealer.
Great service. Of course you get what you pay for! I'm normally the guy looking for the cheapest oil change but it's worth the extra good stuff and good service since I drive long distances in my elderly vehicle. They top off all the other fluids in the car during your oil change and notify you of everything they are doing or anything they think should be replaced etc. Super quick and you get a free car wash with the change My car is happy and clean!
Just moved to Valencia. Needed an oil change and stopped by the nearest oil change place. It was the best experience I have ever had getting an oil change. I would definitely recommend oil stop.
This was my first time getting my new car serviced. I originally had an appointment scheduled to get it served at my CarMax dealership but came to this place because it is minutes from my house.
