Time for an oil change, I found myself pulling in at Oil Stop in Monrovia and was pleasantly greeted by service technician, Leonardo. This young man had such a pleasant personality, he had me smiling! He checked the oils in the car, etc., letting me know about windshield wipers, tires and other services, etc; there was no pressure for me to purchase anything. I have always driven down from Windsor to use this car wash. I will most likely not be using their services any longer. My car sat and dried in the sun while 2 or 3 other cars that came out afterward were taken care of before mine. In addition, there is now a scratch on the top of my trunk that was not there before. I have babied this car for almost 2 1/2 years, no door dings or scratches until now. I park way out in every parking lot in order to protect the car. I absolutely love you guys my boyfriends a mechanic but I still come here to get my oil changes. It's so pleasant, I actually enjoy coming in. You just drive up, sit in car while they change your oil, How easy is that ?! They even bring you complementary drinks while you wait. They literally had a Coca-Cola in my hand within the first minute I was there.
Quick and efficient drive-thru oil change spot that is located in Monrovia. The staff here is friendly and they work quickly to get you in and out without you even stepping out of your car. In the beginning they also offer you a beverage while you wait! The only thing that can be a bit overwhelming is that they push some services on you often but I totally understand that this is business. Overall, they're pretty friendly and quick, this is my go-to oil change spot if I'm in a hurry.
Everyone was extremely nice and the process was pretty quick. There was no hard sell of extra products although they did make helpful suggestions. I was very pleased with the service.
So frustrated! Something has changed in their system and it is now breaking the same part of my car. The last time I got a car wash, it broke my rear windshield wiper. I chalked it up to "it was needing to be replaced anyway." I got it replaced and didn't think twice about it. Fast foreword to the next month and I ran my car through the car wash again and it broke it again!! I have been going to this car wash for years and this has happened twice in a row. The crew at Oilstop are amazing. They are friendly and make the whole experience a breeze. I always look forward to an oil change as a chance to catch up on some reading or answering emails. A cold drink while you wait is always offered. Lastly, additional fluid changes and services are always offered, but the staff work hard to make sure customers never feel pressured to purchase what is offered or recommended based on their vehicle's mileage and maintenance history.
I'm not a mechanic but I don't think an oil change and coolant flush is supposed to take an hour.
Fantastic drive thru service. Went on a busy Saturday afternoon, and they were prompt to great us professionally and kindly. They offer complimentary drinks while you wait (water, coke, and sprite), which honestly saved us. They gave us a very reasonable time estimate to wait (about an hour), and would give us updates as available.
