Went for an oil change and spent two hours here. The problem I have is that they spent an hour asking me if I wanted an up sell - over 20 times by different technicians. They also charged me extra for having a 4-wheel drive, and I don't. I have a two wheel drive. The bottom line is they don't care about their customers, they will nickel and dime you. Went in expecting to pay $69 and ended up paying $150. My mechanic charges less. Bottom line, if you go here for a quick oil change, it isn't quick. It's also far more expensive... read more
Update since last review. Staff were all wearing masks and were quite friendly. Offered me a free beverage. Were not too pushy about suggested items I needed. Free car wash is a bonus. Nice selection of greeting cards in their shop. Be sure to use coupon on Yelp!
Perfect place to get your oil changed! They break down the prices for you and answer any questions you have. They also offer you water and soda as you wait. I left with 3 cans of coke and a water bottle because When I asked if I could take one for my boy friend they didnt care.The wait time is not long at all and they do their job quick and efficient. Also thought I was going to have to pay like $100+ to get my oil change but I spent less than that and I even got the synthetic oil.
Brought my wife's Nissan for a transmission flush. Everyone knew their stuff. I would ask them questions(I already knew the answers when it came to my wife's car. They're very helpful. Will bring my car here to be serviced again. Oil stop team are amazing.
Went to Oilstop for the first time today for an oil change. Immediately, impressed with the customer service (free complimentary beverage) and organization of the place. Oil change took around 15 minutes after waiting for the 2 cars in front of me. I appreciated how the workers told me that they do not work off commission, so there is no pressure to purchase any extra products or services. In and out pretty quick. Friendly service. Never knew I could just sit in my car while getting an oil change :D Definitely a plus during the pandemic.
Would be a good place if they changed your oil filter with the oil change but they don't so the oil change is useless
