This place has really taken a downturn. Have been here 25x and never had to wait longer than half hour. A few days ago tried to get an oil change hours before their posted closing time and was told that the shop had closed for the day. Today came by, there was 0 line and yet was told to wait 45 minutes, no appointments available and a very rude attitude along the way. When I asked why so long, I was told "that's what it is." They put me behind a car that looked custom, or homemade. Two guys, sometimes 3, were working in it. I sat there for an hour with my hood up, waiting for an oil change. We were all waiting for this one little car. I finally had to leave. Not happy with the fact that NO one told me to expect over an hour wait. I wouldn't have wasted my time.
Talk about a 180, this was the service I was expecting the last time I went. Tyrone a man of his word, honored the voucher I lost for a free oil change. The service was on point and informal to its best capacity. Well done to the team there in Norwalk, CA.

This place does well when it comes to ensuring that everything goes smoothly and will keep you well informed in regards to the condition of your car. Almost every one of the staff is great, except there's one guy who has a hard time reading the room. I can't say I blame him though, he didn't seem to realize he yelled at me but this is just one of those cases where communication isn't everyone's forte.
Not a way to sustain a business. Prior to the last service of my vehicles, this location had met all my expectations, but one (in this case two) service techs ruined any chance of me ever returning back. On my last visit I had the usual oil change done to my vehicle, but I also opted for the cabin and air filter replacement. After the work was completed I went about my business. This place is great! Fast, clean and efficient!! You stay in your car, which is especially perfect on COVID times. They offered us bottled water or soda while we waited. The whole experience reminded me of the old full-service gas stations. A whole team of people working on all the cars, constant communication between the mechanics and also patient explanations of everything they were doing or recommended.
