Wait was a bit longer than expected, not the cheapest, but overall I've found it to be a very professional place. I was observing how focused the employees are on what they were doing. I particularly enjoyed not being pressured to buy extra services other than the oil change I needed and the clarity of the options given to me. I would consider this location a good alternative to dealerships for regular, off warranty basic maintenance.
Quick, easy, reasonable price and friendly staff! After dealing with a nightmare at a dealership - called here and the tech who answered to the ones welcoming me to the end with servicing my Rav4 this is where y'all should be going!!!

I always have a nice experience here. The guy who did my paperwork last time (I think his name was Tyrese, or something similar?) was absolutely phenomenal, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and was was friendly throughout the whole service. Definitely will be back for my next oil change.
This place was amazing. Great service! Julio and Humberto were very friendly, great hospitality for getting an oil change. Responsibly priced and doesn't pressure you to get extra done to your car. In and out within 30 minutes only since there was a car in front of me. Will definitely be back and bringing all my families cars here!
Beware of the hard upselling at this place. Know what service your vehicle needs before arriving, or you could end up paying for expensive service maintenance your car doesn't need.

Fast and through. Best for someone who does some of their work and who knows exactly what they DON'T NEED. Because you will be offered everything. Not all of which is needed. You need to be ready to say no when offered unnecessary service procedures.
Had a horrible experience at this San Mateo Oilstop. They were three cars per aisle filled with cars so I had to pull up my car to the aisle where I didn't take up extra space on the street (where cars were driving by in back of me.). A rude Oilstop employee starts yelling for me to move to a different aisle where the ass of my suv will now block even more of the street in back of me, for no reason, except his "little man big voice, must follow me I work here" attitude. I never thought I'd write a review for and oil change station. But it is warranted. I'm a very apprehensive customer when it comes to auto care and maintenance. For whatever reason in the back of my mind I always worry that I'm being taken advantage of. Maybe it's my personal lack of knowledge in auto care or the bad things you hear about in the industry.
