Most seamless and efficient oil service ever! I came today at 7:55 AM and luckily I was the first person in line. They opened right at 8 AM and I was out the door at 8:30!! They did recommend a few items but in a professional/ informative manner and were never pushy. Special thanks to Arthur, Juma, and Jovonne for working on my vehicle today :) You guys are awesome and I'll be back again in the future.
I've been bringing my car and truck here since I moved to Arcadia and it's always been really great. When they're not busy they get you in and out really quick and when it's busy they still are always working to get things done. I've never had a problem where I've had to come back. They do try to upsell some things but I've never been to a car place that doesn't. I've never been pushed if I decline it.

This place is amazing, best service I have EVER gotten while getting a oil change. They are thorough with everything and very transparent. I would recommend this location to anyone that is looking.
I'm a loyal customer to oil stop and have been ritually taking my vehicle here since I pulled it off the lot in 2016. Might have to rethink this idea, as the price is now almost $100 and shotty service.
I usually go to Oil changers ONLY because it is closest to my house. However, I have had numerous bad experiences there. I decided I didn't want to deal with their lack of customer service and long waits today so I came here. I was helped immediately and greeted pleasantly. They offered me something to drink while my services were performed. They explained everything to me since I don't know much about cars lol and they were finished in less than 10 mins. I like this place but likely not returning. The guys were friendly (if not a bit theatrical with the shouting banter back and forth) and made sure I was informed of all work done and suggested. The work done was good and the facilities are clean and well maintained. So why am I not returning? Because the cost of an oil change for my vehicle doesn't make sense (nor any similarly structured place). They are so helpful and clear when helping! They are all wearing masks at the shop & they do an amazing job at clarifying items! They came up to your window, show you what they took/see in your vehicle (point is, they take it for you to actually SEE) and tell you what it is responsible for in the vehicle.
