So I read reviews before going here yesterday, and although the first reviews are negative, there are more 5 stars than not. I'm so glad I came here!! The service is outstanding! So polite and attentive. The wait is long, but I'd rather sit in my car and wait, than in a waiting room wondering where and who has my vehicle. Great place if you need a quick oil change. And if you're worried about COVID because you're in your own car the entire time without any contact from other people. They're also known for their service.

Pay attention and confirm what oil is actually put in your car. I had the misfortune of my oil being changed from the full synthetic it came in with to regular oil and did not realize it until I brought the vehicle back 7 months later for another oil service. I was asked if the oil would be the same as last time and I said yes the full synthetic it has always had. They said they used regular last time to my shock. Let me be honest, the price is high, but the customer service is great! Don't feel pressured to buy extras. I would come again, mainly because the men working here are great to look at hehe

Awesome service. Everything else was so booked up after the holidays but luckily there was this place. Took about an hour and a half for an oil change. Everyone was so nice and enthusiastic. Thank you!

These guys are pretty awesome. I rolled up to get my trucks first oil change and they were transparent on what they were going to do and how long it would take. Very personable staff that makes you feel at ease when you go in. 15 minutes later they gave me a coupon for a car wash (they didn't have something I asked for) and I was on my way. I'll be back whenever I need to get my oil changed.

I have used Oil Stop for 37 years. For a large chunk of that time I lived in Sonoma County. I was happy to see that Eureka has an Oil Stop. I have taken my truck in a few times and I have the same confidence in the crew up here, as I did with the shop in Petaluma. The guys in Eureka are friendly. helpful and professional. I will continue to use the Oil Stop in Eureka, for as long as I live in Humboldt.

Been using this place fir over 19 years I won't ever come back I never complain but today it just to much . Today I pay same service same car and I for vacuum and I guss starting today if they see hair in your car they don't vacuum but they will charge you I ask for a refund he men said it was the hair but the fact was that they didn't vacuum clean and they left the trash in my car a soda can but they did charge me . All I can say is "Wow". First time here, right now, getting an oil change for my car. If you've never been here, this a drive-thru oil change experience. You're looking at a 45 minute service on a good day. I drove right in and my wait was 5 minutes but pre-pandemic, you're probably going to wait way longer. These guys are professional through and through. They introduce themselves to you and explain the process.
