Great customer service (from all four gentlemen who worked on my car, they were all delightful and really fun/funny!), good prices and fast service. I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change!
Bunch of idiots. Took my 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 here. Kid comes out and (sounded stoned) said "this is a 2020 Chevy Silverado huh?" I told him yes. He told me they don't make an oil filter for this truck. I told him bull crap. I had Chevy change it 2 times now with no issues. He didn't know what to say. I came here before our drive back to SF and needed an oil change before the long drive. Juan, José and Daniel provided excellent service by explaining and giving tips/advice on preventative maintenance. I would definitely stop by again if I'm in the area.
I went to this place on my way home about 4 months ago. Yesterday I went to my regular spot which is my friends shop and couldn't believe what I saw when my car was on the lift. It looked as if I had an oil leak because the oil filter was not tightened very well. It's not the easiest area to get in and tighten down the filter but to have it barely finger tip tight and leave a damn rag in there to catch the oil is bullshit. I don't know what exactly happened here but I would never go here again after seeing this.

This company is great! Very consistent operations across the board. Thank you Tyrone and Benjamin for great service and Jose was did great on lubricating my door hinges and checking the air in my tires and of course cleaning the windows! Thanks again Team!
Ok so this is the second chance I have to oil stop to correct previous car washing mistakes. After paying for the most expensive wash they offer($35) they still didn't do the job that was stated on the wash description. After talking with a "manager" she stated to me that vacuuming was part of the "detail process" which would cost $100 or so. Last I checked vacuuming is a standard part of the cleaning process. Why do you have to adjust all my mirrors and my seat when you are driving the car to the start of the car washer? Leave it alone. Then my car is on auxiliary with the ac going and just sitting there. They back my car into weird spots and then move it 100 times. It's like just drive it thru, pull it thru, wash it and move on. And trust me- this is not paranoia, look at the plywood by the oil drive thru. These workers dont know how to drive, it is not worth it. I will just wash my own car.

I've been taking my car to Valvoline for years with no issues. I moved not too long ago and figured I'd give these guys a try. Great customer service. But I came in for an oil change and transmission flush in August and it is now the end of October and my Engine gave out and seized up on the freeway. Had to tow my car to a local shop and they found that the engine had no oil..... Now I'm stuck with a car that doesn't turn on and figure out if I should fix the engine or buy a new car.

Was in a rush and wanted a quick oil change. I usually go to the dealer but I always end up being there 2 hours. This place was $15 more than the dealer but it was worth the less time and hassle of the dealership. Pros: fast Friendly Clean Comfortable(stay in car and provided a cold beverage) Convenient Cons: They try to sell you a lot of stuff They keep trying One more time they want to sell you stuff Price was a little more expensive than usual for me I didn't know what was going on but they kept yelling stuff.
