Needed an oil change bad and saw there is a Groupon to this place. Went there about Noonish on a Thursday and was lucky they weren't too busy. Greeted by Marco and basically went through several services he recommended (didn't feel like peer pressure like others usually do). Was in and out in about 30-40 minutes. Would recommend coming here

Drove in on a Saturday, so there was a bit of a wait--but totally worth it. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to check filters and anything else they could see under the hood. I appreciated how thorough they were without being pushy. Being able to stay in the car made the whole process super convenient. Great service all around!

Beverage upon arrival? AND staff is Always so polite and kind. I never feel pressured to purchase service that are advertised or recommended. Been loyal since 2018

I went in for an oil change and they gave a full inspection, were very communicative and informative about the service and did not pressure you into any upgrades. I totally trusted their judgement and they treated me with extreme kindness and respect. Absolutely lovey experience for a reasonable price. They even gave me a soda and a biscuit for my dog! Highly recommend.

I had the most delightful experience this morning when I brought my car in to get its oil changed at Oilstop Drive-thru and Roseville (Fairway Dr). It is completely the opposite experience that I previously had at Midas on Foothills in Roseville. I purchased a Groupon for the synthetic oil change. I showed up on 5/10 and was greeted by Austin: Friendly, Professional, and great customer service all the way around. He informed me the store was out of the grade oil for my car. He said to come back next weekend. I showed up at 5/17/2025. I was the very first customer. Great experience this morning. Yes, there is upselling, but they're not pushy about it. Thorough job, keep you informed throughout the process. Refreshments are a nice perk too.
