I want to thank all employees that helped me on 6/4/25 when I got locked out of my car. You guys made me comfortable and called my insurance for me. This was my first visit to Happys Thank you again!!

Shout out to PETER, ANDY, DAVID, EDWARD, IAN , AND BOTH THE YOUNG LADIES for the best 15 min drive thru experience like ever. Like totally amazed with the quality of customer service, happy environment, there team work and prices were awesome. Wasn't expecting going for an oil change to actually make my day. I went here today for their free car wash opening weekend. The line was understandably very long but it moved quickly. I think we were in line for 15-20 minutes. They had two lines going at first that then split into three lines. The people directing cars were excellent at their jobs and handled the traffic really well. They were also super nice and friendly. I have gone to this shop for many years., for several cars. There is a wait sometimes, but not always and they offer a beverage to you while waiting. Everyone is always nice and explain all things they have to offer. Show you what your car fluids look like compared to what new fluids look like and your filters, offering pricing and what is suggested by manufacture. Customer service was amazing. My oil change was done quickly. It wasn't too expensive overall I would say it's with one of the best oil changes I've had. I would definitely recommend you coming to the spot to try it out. They give me a free Diet Coke, which was amazing because of how hot it was they did a great job. Keep at it.

Good quality service for a a good price. I had an oil change. Only complaint is the windows sticker is not right. I had full synthetic put in. You don't need an oil change after three thousand miles. It lasts 7500 miles.
Oil stop is officially my go to place for a oil change!! Their customer service was top tier. It was my first time getting my oil changed in my new car & they went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The manager Jack said I took my car to the spa for the full experience & he was not lying. Went through the car wash today and I'm extremely pleased how my car turned out and there's a lot of vacuum stations with free towels and glass spray too
