I have been coming here for several years and I have never had such a bad experience as I did today. I brought my vehicle in for a regular oil change, no special requests, nothing extra. My car came in perfectly okay and by the time they were done my car was aggressively shaking. I let a worker know and he told me that it was probably due to the oil change (which had NEVER happened before). I believed him because they are the "experts". They try to sell you filter and transmission changes, engine cleaner to flush, techron, etc. Mostly sales focused, no real helpful recommendations. Reminded me of a dealership. Filters online, $12. Filter change in store, $44. Not the most professional either, bunch of guys smack talking previous customers and their cars - masks weren't worn properly and didn't keep distance. Make the drive to Stress Free Auto Care in Milpitas instead.

All of the staff members who assisted me during my service were polite and professional. Jose was exceptionally courteous and polite. They all wore masks and gloves, which is important to me during our current pandemic. I am pleased with the customer service that I received.

Quick easy service. They are very thorough and explain everything to you. They do try to upsell you on additional services, that's their job. Very pleasant experience, would definitely return.

I did not have a good experience here. They tried to upsell me on tons of services and were basically reading no off a script which made me really uncomfortable. Then while changing my Oil the tech mentioned to another tech that he broke something but then told me it was already like that. Since my service my car has been leaking oil for the first time ever. I have a newer car with low miles so this is upsetting and I am not going to my dealership to have it checked out. I will never come back here and do not recommend it.

This place was great!!!! Service was awesome!!!!! David,Francisco and Edwin customer service was outstanding!!!! First time here and now will be my permanent place for oil changes!!! Only if these three guys r there

Amazing service and professionalism. I stopped by today to get my an oil change for my Prius and Eric who helped us was very knowledgeable about what type of oil is needed for my hybrid. He was extremely polite and professional, and the rest of the team were great too. I choose to sit in my vehicle and wait, and Eric made sure I was aware of what he was doing with the car during the oil change. Holy cow, I've never been serviced like this for an oil change!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They completely won me over. You stay in your car, they're quick, they inform you about every detail, no haggling on anything additional and they are extremely polite and respectful. Their environment is great and upbeat with how they communicate. I'd recommend them to everyone!

Fast friendly customer service plus cold water while I waited and a car wash. Loved that I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. I will come back. Thank you!
