This place has been very good for many years, today it was beyond horrible. There were 2 cars in front of me, one was already started when I pulled in. I left one hour and 32 minutes later! I had 3 different oils added to my truck, they primed the filter with the wrong oil, then ran out of the synthetic blend and had to add 2 different oils to fill it up. Dishonesty here. Super awesome crew! Very thorough and informative while getting you in fast and at a great price. I really like how they all interact with each other while performing various mechanic tasks.

New to AZ and Tucson, have a 2013 model with 114k miles and needed to find a place to do an oil change soon. Google search found Oilstop drive thru nearby so I went there to try them out! Wow, was I impressed and pleased with the service. Fast & efficient I will return in the future and be confident to send all my vehicles there!

Pulled in there was no line but I was stopped and told there was an hour plus wait. There were multiple employees sitting around. When I said I would not wait and drove away. I spotted two employees in my mirror flipping me off. Starting with the manager every employee at this location should be on unemployment

These guys are amazing. From the first time you drive up they greet you offer you beverages while you wait in your car. No pressure or hassles to sell you what you don't need but are very informative and will be honest when it is time to replace anything that needs attention to your vehicle. They are fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Will definitely be bringing in my cars here on a regular basis.

This was the best oil service I've ever been through. They are SO thorough. They take you through every step of your service. They offer complimentary drinks while you wait. They always have 2 people working on your car and they communicate back and forth the entire time. I got a free car wash with my service which is conveniently next door. They offer (not push) things they think would be helpful for you car and it's needs. I have been coming to this Jiffy lube location for years and they've always presented great customer service. This time Brandon was able to answer some questions I had about my car and his suggestions took care of my concerns. Now they offer a drive thru service which shows how much they care about their customers during this time with Covid-19.

Julien and Team did an excellent job for me. Oh gosh, my brain is fuzzy on his name (Chris or Nate?) I'm so sorry I forget, but I do remember he did a fantastic job providing excellent customer service. Changed my air filters, cleaned my windows. I've been to the San Mateo location, but the location on Saratoga is superior. Everyone is just more warm and less pushy. In fact, although they are required to offer extra products and services, it doesn't feel fake and forced.
