I had the best service visit yesterday. I've been going to this location for over 5+years, with several different cars, and it's always been "fine", but yesterday was different. I had the pleasure of meeting and having Hans work on my 2001 Toyota, with 259,000 miles on it. I asked a ton of questions, that I've always wondered about, and he was super knowledgeable and informative, and never made me feel stupid. This business is amazing. Very thorough, very friendly, very clean, very reasonable. I don't even mind having to wait a bit due to all the Covid rules they have to follow. They aim to please.
They relaxed their medium-hard sell, which is what was keeping me from giving 5 stars before. So now this is by far my favorite place for oil changes. Most oil changes are a ripoff but I've never had a bad experience at this place.
My car serviced here for over 3 years and it will continue to. I understand some of the other reviews states that these mechanics oversell to them. But do understand that they have to sustain a business in Monrovia and selling oil change ain't going to do. If you don't want to be "oversold" just tell the person serving you: "I am only here for an oil change." They will understand.
Not a good place to have your oil change here. You can get overcharge. Please check and confirm the price before using the service. It was my first time to get the oil change here. Also, it will be my last.

This was a great overall experience. I had two cars in front of me so I waited approximately 20-30 minutes. While waiting I was asked several times if I was okay and needed any refreshments (which they offer for free) bottle water, soda, or coffee. Once I got up to the front of the line and was being serviced, the guy went through step, by step as to what they were going to do. I never knew drive through oil changes were a thing. I'll never go back to conventional oil changes! Great service, friendly staff, and very very fast. Perfect for those in a hurry or anything who doesn't enjoy sitting around and waiting.

Came here to change oil for my boyfriend. It was quick and fast. Also was safe (COVID-19) because service was contactless. Prices were reasonable enough because of how fast it took to change the oil.
Very fast and efficient service entire service team were courteous and performed their duties well. They kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle. Will be back again
