It was my first time going here today for an oil change. Everyone was very friendly and I was immediately greeted and told there was going to be a 45 minute to an hour wait (it ended up being much less than that). Was given free water and coffee, which actually wasn't half bad. During the service they did try to upsell products but it's a business so I understand. Just politely decline and move on. Omg slowest service lately. Idk if new staff but they move like snails for a quick oil stop. I used to enjoy coming here. I got here at 12 pm and it's now 115pm. And other people on my right who finished and gone ahead of me even coming after me. Incredibly frustrating. It's 2 and they finally finished.

This was the best oil change experience my husband and I have ever had. The service was outstanding. Ben, Jon and Javier made our day! We are traveling coast to coast from Indiana and they were able to get in and out with our class B camper van flawlessly! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. A+ service across the board. So charming. Thank you guys!! We will definitely be back.

If you want total convenience with rock star service than this place is for you. There are young guys running the shop but they are trained for customer service and professionalism. You literally stay in your car while they attend to your every need. Served with a smile and a soda. I'd go back!

This is my go to place to get my oil changed. I know the upselling of services can be annoying, but I greatly appreciate their extreme professionalism and courtesy. That goes a long way with me especially since (as I've experienced) so many businesses in Sonoma county lack professionalism. I'm not the only one to notice. I get to sit in my car while the work is performed in about 30 minutes. The workers communicate what's going on under my hood, how low I am on fluids, and what needs work or upgrades. I made the mistake of reading the other reviews in line while I was waiting for my oil change. I started to get worried about the oil cap being left off like that other poor lady. I love my old truck and would feel terrible if anything happened. They did offer me complimentary beverage while I was waiting. That's nice as it was pretty hot out. These gentlemen ALWAYS polite and ALWAYS working their butts off to get the job done with the best quality. Today, when I was here they had THREE consecutive difficult customers who were complaining about wait times. However, the employees handled the difficult customers with grace and politeness. Along with all of this, my battery cut out when I went to start my car and leave and they jumped it for me. Class act all the way through. Thank you fellas!
