oil stop ruined my transmission on my 2009 f150 ford cost me 2700.00 to repair out of pocket Fred Herrera Pecos They never reimbursed me.
Always great service, year after year. Every once in a while I get my oil changed somewhere else and am reminded just how much more convenient Oil Stop is. That and the other touches are nice: air in tires, lubes doors, clean window... etc. 5 STARS.
My husband patronigizes this business and he likes them very much, what we don't like is the constant "up selling", it's as if you had some used car salesman come give you lessons on this "practice" (ugh!") If we NEEDED our transmission, A/C or any other service WE would know and ask for such, STOP ALREADY! please just change our oil and we'll be on our way, otherwise we would give 5 stars.
The team here is wonderful! Right when you pull up a team member greets you and asks if you'd like a free beverage. They are all so friendly as well! They move quickly and are very lively while they work on your car. They're very detailed in all of their inspections and explanations. I appreciate how they don't pressure customers to purchase additional treatments too.
From someone who appreciates honesty and great service, this place is second to none. If there was a Michelin star for oil changes, I'd offer three stars. Rich ran to his own car for a bolt to try and get my license plate back on. From Ray to Jose, these guys do it with finesse. Appreciate the love. Will be coming back.
Long time Oil Stop customer of the Santa Rosa Coddingtown location and always have recieved wonderful service there, but I work in Petaluma and needed an oil change before a road trip the following morning so I decided to go to this location on my early lunch break around 11:30. They weren't too busy, but they were short staffed. However, when the manager found out I was on a time crunch, he personally attended to my car and got me out of there with time to spare. I'm editing my review of this Oil Change business: It's been almost 4 years since my original review. I am giving 3 stars because of the goofy and childish smug attitude of the people that work here and the lack of knowledge of automobiles. I am very disappointed that the last time I was here they said they completed a complete 33-point oilchange and only changed my oil. I am back today hoping the service improves. We'll see...
Gregg was awesome--explained everything without pressure on what was needed changed urgently and what should be monitored for potential replacement--just like I do with my customers.
I was visiting Santa Fe from out of state, and I needed to get an oil change. This business was an excellent choice for me. Their service was fantastic and they explained everything that they were providing step-by-step.It was fine to say "no thank you" to some of the additional treatments offered with the oil change.
