Went in for my routine oil change, last minute of course and was in a hurry. Although I was skeptical about how fast I heard they were, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism and outta there in roughly 15 minutes! Great work guys!!!
Went there this Sunday afternoon, was in and out in fifteen minutes. The service was beyond superb, in a completely different league than anything I have experienced at auto repair places in Humboldt. They've got one of those signs about the customer being important. Unlike the other places that have those signs up, they seemed to take it seriously. Great spot. Nice friendly guys. Quick service. Truly awesome place i would recommend to everybody.
We are from Los Angeles and just happened to need an oil change while driving to Humboldt State and came across this place near Santa Rosa. We were very please wirh the service. Everyone was super polite, helful, and very professional. They explained everything they were doing. They lubed our car doors, wiped our windshield and offered drinks which we happily took. They have excelent service. I would recommend this place to anyone.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME Let me start off as I shouldn't have been a cheap ass and took my car here. If you have a Mercedes or any type of car you appreciate take it to the dealership. And this place is not cheap by the way. So I'll begin with the bad part. This place dinged the inside of my back passenger door, By opening it to lube my door locks which I had no idea oil stops ever did that. Simple way to stop and get oil changed. Competitive pricing too I like that a coupon is always available to use.
I had my 2016 hyundai serviced with these jokers, a few days later I had to take the car to the dealer on a software upgrade issue, upon a thorough inspection by the dealer, it was discovered that my engine oil was overfilled with the wrong type of oil. They sure want to push their exxxpensive additives. After leaving the joint I checked my tire pressure with the on board display and found 5# difference between tires, I wouldn't let these guys service my Briggs and Stratton mower.
These guys dont even deserve 1 star.. I got a basic wash just inside and out, plus I asked for dog hair removal.. came out to $31. They estimated my time of wait to 25 minutes, which I was totally fine with. An hour went by and they told me my car was done, but all I did was look in the window and I could still see a BUNCH of dog hair. So I told the manager who was no more than useless, he had a guy get more dog hair out he said.. and an hour later I ask for my first receipt so I could see what time I came in. I have used oil stop a number of times, each time leaving me unsatisfied and annoyed. Part of it is the constant upselling they make the employees do. Makes me very uncomfortable to have to constantly refuse extra services, when I only wanted an oil change. Funny thing...I posted a review a few months ago (1 star also) but it somehow disappeared?
