Crew is detailed and courteous. One of the better places for a oil change. Making this my regular spot for all my cars.
Wonderful service ! The guys are super friendly and helpful! Best oil change service I've gotten ! Jesse and Miguel were great. They cleaned my windows and offered a drink. Highly recommend this spot !
What a joy these young men were! Pulled in early Saturday morning and was greeted by a smiling friendly guy who immediately offered drinks. They proceeded to ask a couple questions, placed towels around my car to protect it and then got right to work. Extremely professional staff and did I already say so friendly? Will definitely make this my go to for oil changes in the future.
Several months ago, they tore the side of my leather seat with something sharp during a car wash. I did not notice for several days and never complained about it to them. Today, they tore the leather on the steering wheel. I showed it to them immediately and they claimed they did not do it. Guess it was the wind. I asked for a refund and head rag guy told me to see the manager tomorrow.
This is my first time go to this station for oil change. Technicians are professional. It takes less than 20 minutes to complete. For other auto shop I need to leave my car for few hours even just for oil change. Recommend!
I came here for an oil change as I didn't have time to go to the dealership like I usually do. I asked for the basic oil change and told them I didn't want any additional work done. At the end they charged me for the highest price oil change and said that was what was recommended for my car. They had up-sold me without consulting me first. The only reason why I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 0 is because they did end up discounting the service. I most definitely will not be going back here though.
Very disappointing to come into get my car washed and when paying for it be confronted with a very loud and clear " would you like to add something extra for the guys today???" How rude As if the customer is to "tip first" then ....they decide how it will get detailed ? If this is their new policy I'm done coming here'!!! Moreover a wash & wax at $99.00 at least deserves a "walk around before I'm arbitrarily being asked to tip as it's been explained to me....
This stop swiftly and effectively changed my vehicle's oil and cleaned my van, while providing pleasant service. All in all, I would definitely suggest this location to anyone in need of an oil change or car wash.
I was always curious about how staff does the work underneath while I wait in my car. So this time I got off and watched throughout what they did. They drained old oil out completely. They did changed the filter to the brand new one. They did took the sample of my car's transmission fluid by removing dipstick so the color of the transmission fluid they show us is truly ours. Actually I was impressed to see they do very honest work. I will go back to receive their service again.
