Pulled right in and was helped immediately. Amazing service and pretty well priced compared to other shops. Mark is the manager and seems to be running things very well. Will be back again.
I don't usually leave reviews, but the service I received from Andrew at Oil Stop Costa Mesa deserves recognition. I came through for a drive through oil change and it took around 20 minutes once they were able to service my car. We stayed in the car while service was occurring and we were shown each of the new parts that were put in. At no point did I feel pressured to upgrade or like I was being scammed. This was one of the lower prices for an oil change as well. Oil changes are not fun. Nobody looks forward to it. However, this one was fast, well priced, and overall painless.
The team here at Oil Stop Drive-Thru are always friendly courteous helpful and patient. The services are quick and you're satisfied when you leave. Prices are reasonable whether you're getting a car wash or an oil change and they also offer online coupons in addition if you're looking for a little extra savings.
Amazing customer service provided by the whole team. Oil change was done by Ray who was very knowledgeable and offered options. They let us know their recommendations but weren't pushy at all. They checked everything, including tire pressure. When the hood wouldn't latch, they fixed it to make sure everything was good before they sent us on our way. Pricing was fair as well. Definitely 5 stars.
Good quality work for a good price as well. The staff was professional and they are very efficient.
I Got a Car Wash there because I got an oil change at another location and they offer free exterior car washes I asked the attendant if I could get my floor mat cleaned and he was more than willing to offer services to clean the mats he even offered $5 per mat cleaning which I thought was very reasonable and I only needed one clean and he said that's fine so they cleaned my car and cleaned my mat and did a great job it was simple easy effortless and affordable.
Amazing all around they go above and beyond a oil change they greas your door hinges, fill up your tires, clean your windshield and windows and are super friendly 10/10 recommend and would come back again
wow! we were just driving through Eureka for our trip and decided we need an oil change. we stopped by here and were met with hospitality, professional service and staff. we got everything checked out and they replaced our windshield wipers!! it's a great one stop shop!
