I have been going to Oil Stop on East Washington for my vehicle oil changes for years. I have always been treated with respect and genuine care. Grayson checked my vehicle in and Eddie and Moses completed the service work. Kind guys with smiling faces put me completely at ease. Thank you!

I went in to this Federal Way Oil Stop for the 1st time today with a coupon that was mailed to my house. I never stopped at The Grease Monkey that it used to be owned by. Most Jiffy Lube places I go to have ghetto-ish employees, but seem to get the job done. Every single employee present today was well groomed, extremely polite, seemed to enjoy their jobs, and spoke eloquently. I went to Oilstop to have them check my engine as I've been having an issue with mice in my car and I don't know where they're coming from. Javin helped me and was super helpful. In less than 5 minutes he pulled out my glove compartment, found and removed a mouse nest (like it was nothing!), changed my cabin filter and tipped off my fluids. I've been coming here for years.. folks are always cheerful and offer a beverage whilst they go about the business of keeping our Jeep and Honda in good order. My wife and I had some coupons burning a hole in our glove box, so instead of our usual Jiffy Lube run on Stanford Ranch, she swung by Oilstop Drive Thru for a quick oil change. Or at least, that was the plan. She rolled in for a simple oil swap and somehow rolled out with a full-blown automotive spa day. Transmission fluid, steering fluid, coolant--you name it, our car got pampered with it.
