Kai was great! I need to add RD? Ugh apologies- but took over after Kai and smashed it! Offered cool air which is over the top! TY. Service done. They will always let you know options to add on which is nice if you are unsure. Plus +++They did it all in the heat! Thanks team!

New customer, treated with respect and courtesy. Except for recommending an oil cleaner product, there was no pushy sales pitch. Car wash was free and they did everything I asked for and requested ( no air filters). Would highly recommend.

This car wash just opened recently, and so far I really like it. The staff is very friendly, and the service is great. The automatic wash does a solid job, and the vacuum stations are super convenient. Definitely a nice addition to the area -- I'll keep coming back.
I was not asked to write this review, and I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves it! I cannot stop talking about this car wash to my friends! I want everyone in Eugene/Springfield to come here and experience the joy that I have!! Came here for an oil change and it was my first time. I was able to pull right in and be helped immediately. German was very helpful (as was the whole team). They checked everything and gave recommendations but I didn't feel pressured to purchase any extra services. This is important, especially as a woman, because so many places will take advantage of your knowledge or lack there of. I was in and out within maybe 40 minutes or so.
