Wow! What an amazing addition to gateway area. At first, I thought why do we need another car wash here? This is better than any other car wash I have been to. First they have wonderful, kind employees. The wash itself got my bug caked car super clean, and lastly the free vacuums and spray and towels are so nice to be able use. I went in yesterday for an oil change and Javin did an incredible job servicing my vehicle with extra care and attention. I've been going to Oilstop on a consistent basis for about a year and I am always very happy with the job they do. The price is extremely reasonable given how quickly they get things done and the level of customer service provided.

Was greeted as soon as I pulled up and asked if I wanted a water. Wait times can vary depending on how many people are in front of you, but they are quick, friendly and efficient. They also accept the coupons you can find online.

Fast, courteous service. Offered water / soda while I waited. Topped off fluid levels. Sprayed WD-40 on door hinges and locks. Offered to check the air pressure in all the tires. Did everything fast, right, and professionally.

I'd heard pretty good things about this wash- it's brand new to the area and looked really nice to begin with. While I was in the wash I had my temperature warning light come on- I'm definitely inexperienced with cars, so I freaked out a little. I pop my hood, working with my mom and roommate to figure out which kind of coolant I needed, if I'd be ok to drive, etc. A man pulled up next to me and offered to help. Thank you to Cris and Kevin! Both were extremely professional and pleasant. I was offered a complimentary beverage which was such a nice touch. I loved the convenience of staying in the car. My only complaint: please allow tips on apple pay! I gave a cash tip but they should be able to be tipped by people who pay either cards or apple pay !
