The staff are super helpful and professional. They made recommendations of services my car needed based on the mileage and manufacturer recommendations. They were not pushy at all. I will only go to them from now on for my oil changes.

Horrible I have had my vehicle for eight months not one problem I took it in to get the oil changed first time anyone's been under the hood since purchased and now my lights and sensors keep going off. I called the manager Carlos and he said its not on him and the guys there I had to get it fixed . I asked for the corporate phone to file a complaint and he gave me a fake number so I called back and he gave me another fake number . Scams at the best
The lads working at the shop do a fantastic job. They are kind, work fast and do a top notch job. However, they try and sell you every service they offer even when you ask them not to. They broke a tool bit off on my transfer case. I had a repair shop remove the broken bit. Oilstop was nice enough to pay for the fix. I went back to have my oil changed and I asked them very specifically not to touch the transfer case because I just had it serviced. They went into the transfer case any ways and tried to sell me their services.... read more

Let me start by saying the people here are super nice (Which is why I've continued to be a customer this far) but...as I write this I've been sitting here for 2 hours. This is the third time I've waited for over an hour for an oil change. Today was the worst in sure because it's Saturday but two hours? C'mon. I've been back one more time for another oil change, great experience again. This update is regarding my husband's car. He took it in for an oil change in March. A few days later we noticed the car leaking, and kept saying 'we should call Oil Stop/take the car in to have them check on that'...but we never made the time to do it. This place is fantastic, I go every time I need an oil change. The service is exemplary and every crew member is friendly and polite.
Worst oil change and car wash!!!!!! An extra charge for an oil filter? The filter cost the same as any other regular one at any auto parts store. Was told battery terminals were clean & was maintenance free. My battery is in the trunk and it was never opened. The car wash that came free was a run through the wash no drying , no wheel cleaning, or vacuuming. When I ask I was told you have to pay it. A $45.00 oil change could reach $100.00 easy. Never again will I go to any Oil Stop!!EVER !!!!!!!!!!!

I paid the $13 because I didn't want to worry about drying it, thinking they would have someone at the end to catch the last few drops that actually did leave spots on the windows. The car wash is good, I will just stick to the $5 purchase, drive onto the north bound freeway entrance and exit at washington for a complete dry like I normally do for 1/3 of the price.
