This place is great! Quick, friendly and com isn't- everything you want when you have to get your oil changed. They offered my dog a great because he barking at all the action which completely did the trick and hot cider while you wait which was perfect for the fall day.
We just moved here from Texas and we are so impressed by this place!!! Excellent service very nice guys. Yup I'll be coming here from now on. They checked things I didn't egg been know were on my car or even needed to be checked. They did recommendations but I never felt pressure to do those right now. Very knowledgeable people along with great manners. Y'all need to use this place!!!
I love, love, love this place. I was searching for a quick and affordable alternative to Splash (the other car wash in Santa Rosa)... in Splash they got so stingy that they not even pretend they are cleaning your car with the "cheapest" option of $7...Until I found Wash2go in Petaluma!!! The $5 wash is just perfect, good vacuums and the towel that you can replace is great! Keep the great work!
While the service was good, I feel like they are a total rip off. I asked for a basic oil change with nothing else added on, and was charged $53!!!!! I have never ever spent this much on a basic oil change. My mechanic does oil changes for less than this! I will never ever go back and do not recommend them to anyone.
I want to talk about how impressed I am with this crew. First I know cars, not well but I know how to maintain and when I'm trying to be haggled into spending money I don't need to spend just because they think I don't know what's under the hood. So thank you guys for not assuming all women are just dumb. I recommend this spot for anyone.
Been going to this oil stop for 3-4 years now and have always had a good experience, that is until today... As I usually do I arrive at 12noon hoping to get a service on my lunch hour, nothing new here. There are only two cars in the three bays which is a light load in my opinion. I was then told by the greater that it would be a 55min wait before They can even start an oil change. I think to myself why such a long wait where there are only two other cars here? Hands down my favorite place for an oil change. They bring you a cold drink and do everything while you chill in your car. There are a zillion options that can add up, but they aren't pushy and you can just say no to anything. The guys are super nice, even when delivering bad news (coolant leak), even when you say no, even when you tell them preposterous things (car has bits hanging off the bottom but it's all cool). So nice, not annoying, not patronizing, just straight up nice.
These guys rocked! Super nice and helpful. Great service. You even get a free car wash with your oil change. Yeremei and Alan were awesome!
