Off the charts customer service. Which is why I keep coming back. Not only are they not pushy, but they go above and beyond explaining things, and providing top notch service. What motivated me to write a review was the fact that they accidentally overcharged me. Not only did they catch the error, but they went out of their way to track me down to make sure I was reimbursed. Prices are reasonable, and they make the experience extraordinary.
We stopped in again today and couldn't believe how well we were treated by the staff here at this business. The women that worked on our car was absolutely amazing. Not only did she have the best personality, she also made my wife really comfortable while we waited. Highly recommended!!!
The one question you wanted to know the answer to: $46 - for labor only if you bring your own oil and filter. ~$60-$80 for oil change depending on if you decided on conventional oil, synthetic blend, or full synthetic. Excellent service every time I go there employees are courteous thoughtful the only thing that I don't like about it is that when you tell him you're just there for an oil change they push everything on you or they try and it could be annoying but other than that it's good price and take an SUV it's easier to have them do it then you do it yourself so again I give him five stars excellent review
Great service, but super spendy for a simple oil change. Then to be told it's an additional few dollars to top off windshield fluid...seemed like they were nickel and diming you.
These guys were great. No sales push to get me to buy things that I don't need. They don't offer coupons but they don't try to talk me into anything I don't need either. If you Google "Jiffy Lube scams" you get to read all sorts of good reasons to go to a local place like Pit Stop. Also, I like it that the guys there were all past their twenties and looked like they had made a career out of the shop instead of a summer job during college!
