Went in today for a transmission fluid exchange. This was the only oil change place I could find to change the fluid in my sealed 4Runner transmission in the Federal Way area. Great service and customer service. Great staff and they even bring you a beverage while you wait in line. Fast service too. I will definately be returning to this location in the future to service my vehicles.

If you have an electronic sensor for oil levels, the complementary top-off will not be honored. Some drive-through oil locations will, but not them. That aside, solid work, a solid team, and service. Likely will be going elsewhere. The folks here do good work. I have visited this location a few times and have been disappointed only once. Usually fast, offer complimentary beverages while you wait. Oilstop is my favorite place to get an oil change! I used to have a few near me in the Bay Area but now that I'm in Sacramento I'm willing to drive 25 min up to Roseville for the service. I love being able to stay in my car and be in and out of the garage instead of needing an appointment or sitting in a small awkward lobby. I get my oil changed only here and recommend it to everyone. You get to stay in your car, they explain everything so clearly and it's just so fast & convenient. Today, I had really bad anxiety because my tires were low and they were kind enough to help me. I honestly can't express how grateful I felt for this.

Wonderful experience! Very respectful, and great customer service. I did not feel pressured into buying more products even though they recommended them. It was a very quick process and they even offered refreshments. No hassle! Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back!

Gabriel took care of me for my visit. He was super professional, made sure my questions were answered, offered me a complementary beverage while I waited.
