They have a prompt they follow, or a routine, amongst all the works which is cool. Customer service is what you're paying for here. They have cool Perks and incentives for returning customers. They do try to upsell but what store doesn't. At least they're friendly about it as you wait in your car. I'll be back.

We've gone to this location a few times and it's usually good, but yesterday's oil change was fantastic. So good that I'm breaking my 5 star rule. It started off with them giving us a couple cold sodas while we waited. We mentioned to the team (Noah & Jermerl) that we were sort of in a hurry, so they accommodated our schedule while delivering a superb, high quality service. I had an amazing experience at Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. They offered complimentary drinks like soda, water, and coffee while I waited, which made the experience even better. They thoroughly inspected my lights and fluids and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. I've been coming here for the last two years. Maybe it's usually always a pleasant experience and usually quick and out you go but being on a budget I specifically said no extras today and I keep getting asked at this and add that again no extra today or what about if we add this and what about if we add that again no extras today then come to find out I was charged for an extra on a normally rich day that wouldn't bother me, but I'm on a budget. Best service I've ever received getting an oil change! They are very thorough and go over everything their doing step by step. They are cheaper than jiffy lube and don't try to tack on fees. They offer complimentary drinks when you wait, fill your tires, clean your windows, top of your fluids, check your filters.

I went in on 5/23/26. I went around 5pm. And there was a little bit of a wait. But it was almost closing time on a Saturday. The service I was given was above and beyond anything I expected! Especially from Kaitlyn! But the whole crew was fabulous. I'm not car savvy at all and they helped me through the process without making me feel like I was being ripped off. First time customer, blown away with service. Quick drive thru oil change and they treat you like king! Price is super great! And on top that, they gave me $20 off coupon to use! I take my new Toyota Rav4 hybrid to the dealership for service but the dealership replaces oil every 10k miles for hybrids. They recommend every 10k but we all know it's every 5k even on hybrids. Been taking my Subaru here for a few years now and service is always great. The last 2 visits I've had Chandell as the service writer and he's been very helpful. During a previous visit one of the techs recommended a fluid service I was due for and I agreed to get the job done. Few minutes later Chandell stepped in and said I was not due for the service and the tech misread my service history. Dude has INTEGRITY! I'll continue to come here because the staff are overall great people.
