I get my oil changed only here and recommend it to everyone. You get to stay in your car, they explain everything so clearly and it's just so fast & convenient. Today, I had really bad anxiety because my tires were low and they were kind enough to help me. I honestly can't express how grateful I felt for this.

Greg was awesome and really helped clear up some questions I had on my vehicle. He was very kind, friendly, and professional. He showed great leadership among the coordinators and made sure everything was put back the way it was. Great service.
I've never had an oil change anywhere like this! Hard working, a pleasure to work with, outstanding and totally transparent service. These guys went way above and beyond anything I've experienced before. That must be why they are so busy - but I still got through in a decent amount of time. A special thank you to Jason. I really like this car wash in Petaluma! It's very affordable & the wash left my car nice & clean. They have self service vacuums & even provide drying rags, they have this cool car mat cleaner $ separate glass rags & spray. The staff are friendly & ready to help & they provide small water bottles for you to take with you! This will definitely be one of my go to car washes!
If you think customer service is dead , then you haven't been to Oil Stop . Even after they serviced my car , like a month ago, I stopped by because I was having some problems, none of which had to do with them , Peter spent time and figured out the issue, topped off my oil & coolant, and saved me a service charge from a mechanic! Above and beyond , went out of his to help me ! Can't recommend them enough. Thank you Peter .
WAY OVERPRICED!!! Even with coupon its way too high!!! Go elsewhere! I called to check the prices even with the coupon and that's ONLY for the OIL and not the work to do the scammer oil change!!!!
Great service all around, I asked for the basic oil change and they offer free additions, so the value is there. They use Chevron parts that seem to fulfill industry standards. There's a feeling of trust at this place.
New year 2025 new oil change! Still the same crew and still As Good service as always! Miguel is still the shift leader and he is always providing real good customer service together with his fellows!
