So I found Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change on Yelp after reading and weeding out all the bad reviews. This business has earned MY business from their "WHITE GLOVE SERVICE" and no that's noting I found on Yelp or in their store, I titled it that because that's EXACTLY what this business offers!! The guys here, Julio, Cris, and Eric, go above and beyond their customer service. This is my 2nd time getting an oil change and they never disappoint. They explain every step, inform you about any problems, and they inform you about the prices. I definitely recommend this place for fast and great oil change.

**Great Service at Oilstop Monrovia** I had a great experience at Oilstop in Monrovia. Miguel and his team were professional, polite, and very helpful. They offered a few useful add-ons, but without being pushy. They explained the benefits clearly, letting me decide. I'll definitely be coming back!

15 minute oil change and $150 later, I got robbed. I've NEVER had an oil change cost that much!! And then he tried to tell me my oil was leaking and I needed a stop leak, when I proceeded to tell him that I just paid $1500 to have all that fixed then his story changed. That would've been an almost $200 bill with the stop leak. They're crooks and thieves, beware of this place. They won't tell you any prices up front either and at the end you're hit with an outrageous bill!!

This place is awesome! Came here for the first time was greeted by Stephan. Great customer service and everyone who was involved. They all worked as a team and making sure you were comfortable in the comfort of your own vehicle. I like being able to stay in my vehicle. Great value with quality service!

First of all , i just wanted to give a compliment to the great management team that have at this location. There staff were very knowledgeable with making sure what they were doing to my husband car and was reassuring me step by step there whole process with the oil change service they were performing .I had a female technician and she was definitely born to work there and rocks ! I have taken about four of my cars to this oil change spot. The level of teamwork is far beyond the competition and the attention to detail that they show in care for your car is absolutely amazing. I will never go back to Jiffy Lube is not the same. I highly recommend this place. I wish there were more stores around Southern California and San Fernando Valley.

They provide the BEST service with the best attitudes, are so helpful, and go out of their way to do the job right. No pressure sales. Love the crew that work there. Have been going to them for a few years now and will continue to give them my business.
