After a summer of hauling and few trips across the state I wanted a transmission fluid change. I called this business and they said that they do perform that service so I went there. Didn't know there was one closer to me but maybe next time. When the weather gets warmer in spring I may crawl under the truck and do the filter as well. I consider the time they took to get it right and complimentary beverage offer while I waited for them to do their work. If you have 3 hours of you day to waste and are looking for the worst service in town then this is the place for you. I have been going to Oilstop on North Sunrise for the last several years and always pleased. I saw this one open up and since it's so close I thought I would go there. Biggest mistake!!!! I pulled in an there was only 1 car in front of me so cool, should be fairly quick......WRONG!!! Waited an hour and 15 minutes to pull to the bay. Insanely overpriced. $200 for an oil change is highway robbery. Techs did a serviceable job, but tried to upsell me about 6 different products before everything was finished.

Beware. I have taken my 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan here for its last three oil changes. It has yet to drive 50K miles, and I drive it locally 90% of the time. This place has been suggesting that I change the oil in my car every three months, and since I don't know much about cars, I have just been going with it. Today, having the oil changed every three months was a little excessive, especially knowing that my car does not get driven in excess. I have been here 4x since they changed hands. Most times no problems changing my oil. A bit expensive (I own a diesel) - but I think they do a good job and are extremely organized. I used to work for an oil change place and with the volume they do - theres bound to be a one-off problem. I had one here- but Griffin made it right and did not dispute it when I showed the issue to him. They try to sell a lot of add-ons - but just go in knowing what you do and don't need. Friendly staff and great management! I don't know if it was the business owner or the store manager, but he helped stop the oil leakage on my car and topped the oil for free. I came to this place after American Tire Depot in Rye Canyon Rd. screwed up the oil change service on my car and they didn't show any intention of rectifying the issue. I am definitely coming back here for my next oil change and the next.
