The best place to get an oil change they really care. Especially the manager he always give me good vibes and make sure before I leave that I'm well taken care off. They make you feel comfortable and let you know everything they are doing as they work on your car. I recommend you go to them before you call around any where else. Other places charger arm and leg for my Mercedes but they helped me out a lot. -Avontae

I needed an oil change, and due to my schedule, and appointment with my regular guy would not work. I cringed at the though of the "other' oil change place, so I tried Oil Stop. I was pleasantly surprised. You stay in your car, and they put towels on your car so they do not get oil or such on it. They also offer AC piped in to the car while you wait. This has gotta be the best car service I've ever received. Michael and Jalyn helped me when I went, they were very polite and thorough. They consistently updated me through all the steps and explained things I didn't understand. They offered my passenger and I complimentary drinks and cold air in my vehicle while we waited with the engine off. Price wasn't bad either, and they didn't pressure me into paying for anything I didn't want. I will definitely be returning!

Idk what's going on here. I get we all make mistakes, but more than twice? Luis charged my mom wrong not once but twice.... The first time I caught him over charging her for the services. The second time she went alone and he over charged her for a service that was not done. She went back the next day (because I encouraged her too) and she spoke to manager and the manger said he would go ahead and refund her this one time, as if it were her fault. this place needs a fast lane for people who only want an oil change. It's ridiculous to show up and wait an hour and a half for two cars to get a complete lube service. An oil change takes 15 minutes, and people are showing up having their cars serviced completely rather than just getting an oil change. What is needed is a fast lane for those of us who just wanted an oil change quickly and get back to our day. very simple solution... Fast lane for oil changes only. I bet after the people there will take the fast lane.

I asked for the cheapest oil for the oil change and that's what they gave me! They did not try to upsell me and the customer service was all around awesome!

1 You get to stay in your car 2 service people are so polite 3. Prices are pretty standard and if you look on the website, there's a $10 off coupon. This is my second visit and I'm gonna make it my permanent oil change place

This has been my go to car wash for a while. They usually do a good job but I've been noticing lately that it really matters which employee is doing the final cleaning and drying of your car. I went camping recently and got the outside of my car really muddy. I knew it was a lot so I cleaned it once myself at home, then took it to oil stop for a platinum wash (their highest wash) to shine it up and make it sparkly.
