I'm actually in my car right now, the job hasn't been done. I don't think I've had this amazing of an experience at an oil change; it felt like a party with best friends while being educated on stuff I still can't even explain. Lorenzo and the rest of the guys were top notch, know their stuff and aren't going to BS you into anything (and if they recommend something and you say no, it's not a hassle.) Nice courteous employees. From my experience they aim to please and follow their motto. I've been to Oil Stop for my oil changes and fluid level checks, etc. always pleased. Car wash best I've experienced in Santa Fe. Very thorough! My SUV sparkles!

The most outstanding service I have ever received from an oil service station. And I was not looking my best at all, and they treated me like royalty! There were a total of three individuals working on my car simultaneously . Very slow. Push extra services. I mean, PUSH them. Hold the items in hand like they work for QVC. Expensive.

What a rip off. I got the most expensive one ($19) and a small child could've done a better job! I have a small car and it wasn't any dirtier than all the other cars in line. I saw the soap dispensing and I heard the brushes but it all must've been an illusion because this car was not clean. I really should've had them run it through again but the line became increasingly long and it just wasn't worth it. Amazing service so polite and I even was given a cold soda! So ethical and didn't try to do anything more than what was needed to our truck. What a wonderful experience.
