Excellent service overall and the techs were amazing. The price is great compare to other shops and available coupon on the website. This shop is definitely going to be my go to shop. Highly recommended.

Came in to get my oil changed and Leo helped me out!! So professional, and not pushing me to buy stuff. Other places push you to buy things you don't need and then you leave spending 1,000s! This is the place I take my car and will always take my car here knowing these guys take care of me and very friendly! So thank you again Leo! And jonny the manger is awesome as well! Definitely recommend this place in Costa Mesa
They checked my oil level for me and helped me reset the sensor that was not properly reset. While they were at it they were gracious enough to check my tires level as well. All free of charge. Thank you to the guys who helped me today.
I went to the OilStop on Washington Street and was very satisfied with the service; especially with Zach the team leader. Now that is a great employee! Knowledgeable, efficient, and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, the shop got busy and Zach couldn't complete the service so I was handed over to another tech. That tech didn't attach the service receipt to email billing. I'm not too fond of the email billing. I would rather have the hard copy receipt in hand when leaving the shop. $20 for a car wash and it won't get the bugs off! They could try to provide a better service by having their attendants brush the car down before entry.
This place has been a staple for our family. We have bought a few cars over the years and whenever we need an oil change, this is our go to. We know it will be done right. Service is up to par and they do not push you to purchase anything extra but they do offer a lot of options. The complimentary beverage is a nice touch. Thank you for the chilled Dr. Pepper btw. Didn't put everything back together when changing the cabin air filter on my truck so I had to put it back together.
I've been going to this drive thru oil change place for more than ten years. I was just there this week to have another oil change and have my coolant level checked. Both requests were completed quickly and with very courteous service. The great thing about this place is that they've consistently offered great service at reasonable prices for over a decade.
