I have used this company for many years to service three homes. They are always prompt in answering my requests, locating a quality company for the repairs, and getting the problem solved promptly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Called ORHW as my a/c according to my usual a/c company and was told my Freon was leaking and i had to pay $$ for 2 quarts of freon which i did.. The next day ***** from Air Rush a/c and heating came to check it out. He was easy to reach and showed up ahead of time. He told me after going into the attic that the freon was not leaking and was topped off which was great to hear.If i had another a/c or heating issue i would call **** again and request ***** because so far so good.............

Yousef with Smart Refrigeration who contracts with Old Republic Home Warranty (ORHW) , came out the same day we called him to see what was wrong with our unit and fixed it on the spot. **** has come through for us more than once. Definitely would recommend.

Ive had the insurance since we bought my home 13yrs ago and iam very happy with their service. I will keep renewing my plan. Ive had to make at least 4 service calls, one being the ** unit and every time they have been there for me. Thank you! Happy customer here ??

I have had a number of home warrantee companies in the past and found them to be almost worthless. Old Republic is the exception. They are very fair and follow through on all of the coverage they promise. That is why I have signed up for the premium option they offer for the past three homes we have owned as well as my daughter's home. I would and have recommended them for everyone I have ever spoken to about home repair.
