We have heard nightmares about other home warranty policies, but Old Republic is incredible and I will never be in a home without having one of their home protection plans! Had an issue with my refrigerator! Contacted them and within an hour the repair man called and scheduled an appointment! . They ordered the repair parts and installed it!
