The Tech that came out had all the equipment replacement parts with him and worked diligently to replace the parts and get it running. The Tech was so knowledgeable and very detailed in his work. Very please with H2o ************* Home Warranty approved all the work that needed to be replaced. I hope Old Republic Home Protection continues to be a good provider for us.

I submitted a request for service on the ORHP website, which was quick to assign an HVAC repair company when my A/C unit stopped cooling on a Thursday. I called the assigned company right away and they already had my information. They assigned a repair technician to arrive the next afternoon. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly (a failed capacitor) and had the new part with him (something he keeps in stock) and swapped out the parts quickly.
