Great experience with Old Republic with getting an HVAC company out to fix the unit when it wasn't cooling. The group they dispatched was Sunstate, and they did an excellent job with getting the problem solved quickly.

Had a washer malfunction. The company selected was very responsive, professional and while it took a few day, was able to source the part needed for an almost obsolete machine. Great work!

I experienced my first need of service with Old Republic recently. I couldnt ask for an easier process of how they took care of me and my home repair. It was an immediate response from the service provider as well. Old Republic stayed in touch during the process and followed up afterwards. Very pleased! Highly recommended!

Got home from vacation to find Air conditioner for master bedroom not working. Room temperature was 85 and hot. Called Old Republic immediately due to wife's Heart problems. Air conditioning not working and L.V. NV temperature was in triple digits.. Due to weekend, service was on Monday and before we knew it, air conditioner was working. Got fast reliable service.

I was very pleased with my recent service from Old Republic. They replaced the complete downstairs HVAC system. I was also very pleased with the service company they selected for the ticket. They seem to be one of the better home warranty companies.

Leaking toilet at base. They sent out an excellent plumber. He pulled up the toilet, placed a new seal, remounted the toilet. All in an about 40 minutes.
