I am a new customer to **********************. I had a problem with my refrigerator and called for help. Their representative was here the next day and replaced the computer board that was outdated and not receiving the updates necessary to operate. The representative was very professional and courtesy. My electrical problem was solved with a new main breaker box installation. The electrician was fast & polite. He replaced the main box in about four hours.I would recommend ORHP to be your home warranty company

I was having problems with my air conditioner. A technician was quickly assigned after contacting Old Republic. He on time, was very professional in his demeanor, and fixed the problem during his visit. My ** has been working great ever since.

****** was great! He listened to me and what had already been done, he spent a lot of time diagnosing and then told me what he was ordering. When he returned he installed the part and when he left he told me that if it still didnt work to let him know. It worked!

We have been customers for at least 10 years and we have always been treated very well. We have experienced issues with our older dishwasher, refrigerator and HVAC system. All issues were handled professionally and with positive results. An example is with our older ** refrigerator. It just quit cooling and we had technicians work on it for four visits and it would get better and then stop cooling. Old Republic gave us almost $1700 toward replacing the unit. Their online service requests are responded to immediately, and we have used it multiple times. The company has honored their agreement time after time, and the contractors are always knowledgable and great to work with. We've never had an issue.

Rates - monthly ($80) and per service call are high ($125), but they do make amends when their employees could do better. They also have provided good technicians the couple of times I have needed service in my home.
