Overall a Great Experience for a Bad Situation! Thank you Old Republic!Our central A/C suddenly stopped working. That is not good when you live in an area where temperatures have recently been reaching triple digits. My dryer went out and I was assigned a contractor that could not even look at the dryer for over a week later. I called and requested they reassign to a different contractor. They did. The new contractor figured out what must be wrong without even looking at the dryer. They had access to the schematics for it. He ordered the part and put it in the day he received it. I was very pleased with my experience with Old Republic.

Old Republic recently met my needs to repair a broken icemaker in my refrigerator. I am a big fan of having that extra coverage since it is an older appliance. They have sent multiple providers in a timely way to resolve my ongoing needs and the quality of work has been excellent.

I used American Home Shield for over 10 years, Old Republic has been great so far! Our realtor threw in a 1 year home protection plan from Old Republic, turns out we had central AC issues, and after a few work orders, it was determined our condensing unit and ***** *** needed to be replaced. We were worred what out cost would be, and Old Republic did a great job quickly calling us tell us what we we would have to pay (no much). Love them and recommend them!
