Old Republic is Excellent!!! They respond quickly and send you 4-5 star rated technicians. I have had home warranty companies for decades and switched to Old Republic last year. My previous company would send me companies that had 1 star out of 143 reviews, which is unacceptable. Many technicians over the years would say that Old Republic is the best. I did not switch at that time because they required first year payment upfront and then second year you could pay monthly. That has now changed and you can start out with month... read more

Old Republic Home Protection warranty was straightforward and easy. My HVAC system went bad. I filed a claim online, paid the 100bucks to cover the deductible, and a local HVAC tech came out in two weeks and replaced the fan motor and capacitor and AC was good as new. Will not be bashful to use the home warranty... They were efficient and kept me in the constant communication with the warranty coverage and contractors. Thank you Old Republic Home Protection.
