Our water heater wasnt working properly and they had someone out in less than 24 hours. The plumber they contracted was amazing. He was friendly, explained exactly what was happening and was able to get it working temporarily while he ordered parts. He arrived the next business day with parts and had it fixed in no time. I had a great experience with my water heater claim. Place the claim late Friday night. The technician was at the property Saturday morning and had it replaced the next day.

I've had Old Republic Home Protection for over two years now and it has been an amazing experience. I submitted a service request for my refrigerator not working on August 04, 2025, the service provider was able to diagnose the issue the same day. By August 05, 2025, ORHP approved repairs and the replacement of the compressor work was completed, my whole family was happy thankful for the prompt response and service provided.
