I couldn't have asked for better service. I requested the service on line. I was provided a work order number. Solaris ************* Conditioning contacted me, set an appointment time and arrived as scheduled. Their technician was very professional, definitely knew what he was doing and was finished in a relatively short time. I would recommend Solaris for any heating and AC needs.

It would be nice for customers to be able to rate service companies by how skilled at diagnosis for longer term repairs that might be available than how well they replace ******** a recently retired Realtor however, ORHP was then my go-to for rental properties in AZ as well as ***********, **. ORHP was one of the best. I still use them for my home needs.

ORHP is the best home warranty available in the market! I have been a client of ORHP for 20+ yrs with my own properties and rentals plus I also recommend ORHP to all my clients. Old Republic Home Protection has been wonderful. But The ***** electrical company came and fixed half of the problems. They left and have not come back. I still have a light that only works when it wants to and still have plugins that don't work. I have one plugin that is just hanging there that can't be used. The company has been great for what they have done.

ORHP was quick to respond to our request for service on a fridge that had stopped cooling. The appliance service tech arrived on time, courteous, skilled, and once ORHP approved the necessary parts replacement, he had our fridge running great again. We are very pleased with the prompt attention we received on this occasion, and in the past.
