We have used Old Republic for 8 years. They are very easy to work with and have saved us money year after year on various electrical, appliance, plumbing, and heating and cooling repairs and replacements.
Ive had the insurance since we bought my home 13yrs ago and iam very happy with their service. I will keep renewing my plan. Ive had to make at least 4 service calls, one being the ** unit and every time they have been there for me. Thank you! Happy customer here ??
I have had a number of home warrantee companies in the past and found them to be almost worthless. Old Republic is the exception. They are very fair and follow through on all of the coverage they promise. That is why I have signed up for the premium option they offer for the past three homes we have owned as well as my daughter's home. I would and have recommended them for everyone I have ever spoken to about home repair.

Recently, my home experienced two issues simultaneously: the kitchen sink became clogged, and the air conditioner failed to turn on. The company they sent to fix my washing machine was prompt on calling me and setting up a time to come. They came when they said they were going to they assess the problem got it approved and within two days they were back at my house putting the parts on my washing machine. It was a great experience one I have never had with a home warranty company. I would definitely recommend Old Republic Home Warranty. Yes they are a little bit more money, but Ill tell you what theyre worth every *****.

We have had Old Republic Home Warranty for about 11 years when we bought our then 7 year old house. We've called them a good number of times for various items not working, like A/C, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, dryer... We are very happy with their service providers. Things are completed in a timely manner, unless a part needs to be ordered. Then it might take a week which is still good timing.

Very happy with the service and immediate same day attention. My microwave kept running after time ended until opening door. Service man explained to never open door until pausing or stopping time. Replaced 'power control'. Microwave was fine. Thank you.

Our experiences with this company has been very fair, but mostly good. We have been dealing with this company for years and never found a good reason to cancel them. We recently experienced a little delay with getting the ** fixed but it wasn't for a long time. We will continue to use this company. We feel secure.
