This is my second occasion to use my warranty and the second year I've had it. Both of my experiences were handled quickly and efficiently. I've been pleased.
I have Old Republic cover my home and pool for 12 years. I have never been disappointed with any of the repair services that has been assigned to fix any problem. Always very professional, explaining what was needed and then getting the problem repaired.
We have owned the house covered by Old Republic's Home Warranty for several months. They have been great to work with, so far. I highly recommend them.

Called ORHW as my a/c according to my usual a/c company and was told my Freon was leaking and i had to pay $$ for 2 quarts of freon which i did.. The next day ***** from Air Rush a/c and heating came to check it out. He was easy to reach and showed up ahead of time. He told me after going into the attic that the freon was not leaking and was topped off which was great to hear.If i had another a/c or heating issue i would call **** again and request ***** because so far so good.............
