I needed a replacement part on my washing machine and it was taken care of within a week. I was very happy with the timeframe and have no complaints. Prompt responses, and the technician sent out was on time and easy to communicate with. I had an issue with an AC unit and they replaced and installed it within a couple weeks (fortunately it wasn't too hot while I waited).All in all, I must say it's been a positive experience dealing with Old Republic.
