We have been with Old Republic for years. You speak to an actual human being who can explain what services your individual plan covers. The companies they refer to you are very competent, but you can request a different vendor if you want to. We highly recommend them.

I've had Old Republic since 2014. Had to call on them 3x at my old house (refrigerator and also 2 plumbing issues) and once in this house (refrigerator, couldn't be fixed and they arranged a new one). Very responsive and, being in a somewhat rural area, they have worked with me to get a local person. Reimbursement was very quick, service from the office was communicative and prompt. Have appreciated their service.

They are very picky on what they will and will not cover so you have to read the fine print. They also tend to replace high-quality appliances with lower quality appliances and say they are of equal.We have had trouble with some of the service people they have also sent out.

I have had a policy with Old Republic Home warranty since 2021. I have had my hot water heater replaced however when my HVAC was constantly needing service and actually the last provider recommended it be replaced. Total of 3 service calls in which I paid the fees. I was told by an **** employee that they will repair as long as they can find a part.
