This is my first experience with home warranty service and am overall pleased with the service. They replaced a wall unit a.c. that wasnt repairable. The service **** were knowledgeable and installed the unit properly.
I have had Old Republic since 2009 overall they are a good company. However, in the last year, Ive noticed a huge decline in their customer service as well as their extremely long wait times of 15 minutes or longer no matter what time of day I try to call. On September 9, 2024, I had a extremely bad experience with a *** that was not knowledgeable was extremely rude and even overdrew my account because she double charged me. Old Republic is Excellent!!! They respond quickly and send you 4-5 star rated technicians. I have had home warranty companies for decades and switched to Old Republic last year. My previous company would send me companies that had 1 star out of 143 reviews, which is unacceptable. Many technicians over the years would say that Old Republic is the best.
