Old Republic Home Protection has been our home warranty company for 15 years. Although we have had two other warranty companies in previous homes, their responses never compared favorable to ORHP! ORHP is easy to contact, responds promptly, and cares about the customer. Their vendors communicate quickly to arrange service/repairs. Thank you ORHP! We appreciate you!

The only issue i had was that they sent a company who did a quick lazy look and told me they will be in touch and never called back. The techs from the first company stated the issue was the coils without even going to look at the coils. That led to a new assigned company who came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I was very thankful because of the high temperatures we experienced and i had family visiting. I wish they would cut out the first company due to how lazy they were and were making diagnosis without knowi... read more
