It was very easy to file a claim. The sent me the person's information so I could call them if I wanted to. When there was an issue with the servicer, I called them and they handled promptly and found me a new service provider and they came out the next day and repaired my dishwasher and then the day after, had my washing machine part and repaired it. I am very pleased with the company and will definitely recommend them.

The plan is great, I had a service man out as dishwasher was leaking, came out right away but didn't do much, he left ran dishwasher and water again everywhere and it was friday so couldn't come back till Monday, had attitude but fixed it with rubber stoppers in door.

Old Republic stood behind the service people and made sure my ice maker in the Refrigerator got fixed. It took three times but that wasn't their fault. At least it got fixed.
