I have been an Old Republic Home Warranty customer since 2010, when my realtor signed us up with them. Since then, I have had anything from the garaged door spring replaced to the replacement of my dishwasher. Occasionally, we have encountered a few bad technicians, and once, an Old Republic customer service representative who was not pleasant. I really loved this company and how they provided services- too bad they dropped me after one year and refused to renew my contract. I guess if you actually use it, you get punished for it. If it werent for that, Id give them 5 stars!
