The only issue i had was that they sent a company who did a quick lazy look and told me they will be in touch and never called back. The techs from the first company stated the issue was the coils without even going to look at the coils. That led to a new assigned company who came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I was very thankful because of the high temperatures we experienced and i had family visiting. My A/C went out on July 4. Submitted the claim and the first contractor said it would be a week in 100 degree temps before they could arrive. Called ORHP and they called around to find a contractor that could do the job much more timely, for which I was very grateful. That's great customer service!
